ios9 update problem

I updated to ios9 this morning and now I am unable to make or receive telephone calls on my iPhone6.  My phone will ring but I am unable to hear anyone on the other end.  I cannot make any calls out, either.  If I put it on speaker, the sound is garbled.  Is there a setting I should be changing?

I figured this one out on my own.  If anyone else has this problem, power down your phone and then restart it.  That solved the problem.
