ipad pro won't accept wifi password
Rangersfan2114

My Ipad pro will not accept the wifi password. My Iphone and Macbook accept the Verizon Jetpack just fine. It will accept my other jetpack just not this one ( I alternate between (2) for data purposes). My Ipad finds the jetpack just fine but when I type in the password is says the password is wrong. Can anyone help?

@Rangersfan2114 that is a fabulous device. Let's get it working with your Jetpack again. When did this trouble begin? Have you made any changes to the Jetpack or device before this happened? Have you tried to restart both peices already?

How many devices in total are connected to the Jetpack? There are device limits imposed in the Jetpack's software, based upon whether or not the Jetpack is on 3G, LTE, or 1X. It's possible you're at the device limit.

Otherwise, enter the Jetpack's settings and ensure that the security is set to only WPA2-PSK AES. If the Jetpack is used Mixed mode Security, or something weaker like WEP, Apple devices don't always get along.

It wouldn't hurt to update iOS, too. Connect the iPad to a computer and perform an OS upgrade through iTunes.

Think about re-starting the Jetpack as sometimes that will sort out connectivity issues. Same with the iPad Pro.

Remember that the WiFi password is case-sensitive, and it's also easy to mix up the number "0" with the letter "O". I have connected my iPad Air 2 with a Jetpack and had no trouble.
