Issue been there for few months, zip 07974, many VZ customers has same issue in the area. But phone does not connect to LTE even beyond this area once it get stuck in 3G. VZ store changed the SIM card, but issue didn't get fixed
My phone is constantly in 3G and rarely have service in my own house. Just traveled to Colorado...from New Mexico and never had service. Always 1x. I've done all of the things...Airplane Mode off/on, reset phone, changed Cellular Data to Data only...nothing. This is a waste of money at this point. It's clearly a software issue and just started a few months ago. Never had great experience with Verizon but have no other choice in my town. Thanks for stealing customers money.
