You'll need to take to a Genius Bar (Apple Store) or possibly a Verizon Store. That nasty bug bricks the phone and cannot be fixed without opening the phone up.
Apple is working on a fix but there's no ETA.

you can get warranty replacement if still under warranty from apple or vzw csr/tec

Go to an Apple Store. Tell them to unhook the battery for 10 seconds. Then hook everything back up. You could do it yourself but that would void your warranty.
