phone not ringing

my i phone rings on the dialers phone but not on my receiving end.if caller calls back immediately it rings???is there a way to reset or any suggestions as how to fix this?I am missing some  business calls because of this.has been happening since I bought the phone in november.Apple

mickster10, these issues would certainly have me just as frustrated too. Especially since it is having an effect on business too. Which model iPhone are you using? Does this occur in all areas when you receive a call, and with all callers?
