time restriction not working

I have my daughters time restriction set but they are not working.  time to shut off is at 10:30 pm.  she was on the phone at 1am last night

Let's make sure you have control over account, lsafko! What model is your daughters device? Are you able to use other Family Base features like a hard stop of the data?

This seem to be a common issue with parents. I have to yet heard of a sure way of doing this. You may have to physically take the phone away at night, and giving it back to her in the morning.

Yeah, take a more physical approach to limits.  Kids are smarter than parents these days, but they can't hack what they can't hold.
