I have Verizon family plan and I need the passcode for my daughters phone

Did you ask your daughter. The passcode to unlock an iPhone is not something Verizon sets. It is set by the user. Ask your daughter.

I ment to say I have family base cant I use that to open phone

Family Base is not a workaround to bypass the security features of an iPhone if a passcode has been set on the phone.

IF your daughter doesn't know her passcode, the only way to recover the phone is to restore with iTunes. This will wipe all content off the phone.
