i have a new macbook and I am unable to watch some videos on my verizon cloud website stating quicktime needs to be downloanded. After several hours on phone with apple they came to the conclusion it was verizons website that needs to be updated. Anyone else have this trouble?
Shaunad, we understand the importance of being able to watch your videos. Are you viewing them using the Browser to sign into Verizon Cloud, or have you downloaded the Cloud Desktop Application to your computer: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-80020/
