I stupidly allowed the "verizon cloud" access to my iPhone 1 1/2 years ago. It downloaded randomly from my computer about 4 gb of "stuff" - ranging from docs, to pics, videos, etc. (I say randomly, as that's exactly what it did - it would save a song from 1995 and a document from 2004, etc.-- I have no idea how it chose what to save - I shut it down as soon as I realized it was downloading stuff that I didn't intend for it to do).
I now have some weird cloud exe button my my downloads page on my computer (Windows 7 pc) and no clue what it is, why it's there or how to remove. I also want to ensure I save the 4 gb of cloud stuff to my computer in a way that if I delete Verizon Cloud entirely from my iPhone AND from my computer (if that is even hopefully possible), I want to ensure I don't accidentally delete those same pics, etc altogether off my computer. I don't need access from my iPhone but do want saved on my computer. Can someone please help me to erase/delete Verizon Cloud while ensuring I don't delete what is apparently saved in that same cloud. I am MISERABLE and don't know how to fix. Please advise.

stupidsystem,
I am sorry to hear your Verizon Cloud is only backing up some content and not all of it. You would need to follow the steps as normal to remove the application on your computer. Any content that is backed up on your computer would should not be deleted unless otherwise advised.
