what message does a caller hear when blocked through MyVerizon

i blocked a caller both on my iPhone and through MyVerizon. what message will the blocked caller hear if he calls?

They won't hear a message. The phone will get a rapid busy signal (unless that's changed). They won't know they've been blocked (unless they are aware of how it sounds when they are)
