I have been trying for 11 hours to activate a line for my Samsung watch so it will have stand alone service. I have had 3 different phone numbers assigned to it today and have talked to a total of 6 agents. All were extremely show in responding in chat and the last one, apparently went to dinner and left me hanging. After an hour I closed the chat. 

 I either want my watch standing alone, so I don't have to have it paired with my phone OR I want to cancel the $10/ month fee. Neither of which I can get done. There is no where to cancel the order when I go TO the order...

 Does anyone have any advice?
