Help, I can’t get in touch with anyone at Verizon for assistance. I purchased an Apple Watch 7, cellular from Apple.com on October 10, 2021. I activated it in November and also submitted my rebate Apple100. Since then I received an email that stated they could not process my rebate because I did not purchase my Apple Watch from an ‘authorized seller’. I have spoken to 3 separate Verizon reps on the phone, one of which escalated my issue. No one has gotten back to me and I cannot find a number to call or a way to send them proof that I made my purchase via Apple. I don’t want to miss out on my $100 rebate. Does anyone have a number to call or has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance for your help.
