Hi for all supports, today I will speak about kind of people whose could do anything just to force any clients to survey them even after create wrong or false tickets to just absorb their hunger or comfort them for a while.
unfortunately some representative are in places they didn't deserve especially when they are didn't work by honest in their job like the off team
i would like to drop off my survey for the representative whose in the off team
he create a false ticket for me about resending an order again from the warehouse.
instead to let me understand the situation ,he choose to handle me and be just a lier supportive
