10/31/17 pre order for the iPhone X 256GB Space Grey still processing. WHY???

I pre-ordered my iPhone X on 10/31/17 and my order status still says processing. I have a ship date for 12/13/17. I've been patiently waiting for Verizon to randomly take almost $400 out of my account for over a week now. I've noticed frequently on these forums that preorders have been pushed up in shipping date. I'm asking if I should expect my order to get pushed up as well or just give up hope since I pre-ordered so late? Also does anybody else have a 12/13/17 ship date and having the same issues? It would be nice if my order did get pushed up like everyone else's. This waiting is making me too anxious. Please help!

I ordered the Silver 256GB 10/29 At Verizon store (paid full price too) With a EDD 12/1. Finally charged my card last night.... hopeful it’ll be here for Thanksgiving .  Seeing some movement

WOW - I just got an email from Verizon that, once I bring my account current, they’ll ship my phone (I didn’t even realize my balance was past due). So I go online, make my payment, then go to check my order status and it STILL says “Pending” (or “processing” when I log on to the website instead of the app) with my Estimated Ship Date still at 12/13

What the heck >:/ I feel like I got tricked.

This will be the last time I pre-order something. They make it seem like pre-ordering is a benefit but really you get your phone last. I’m going to call around to my local Verizon stores in the morning and see if they have the iPhone X so I can just buy it then.

I’m really pissed that Verizon told me my phone was going to ship once I paid my past due balance, but then when I paid it, nothing happened. Ugh

I was just bored browsing apple's website today and it now says that any iPhone will ship in 2-3 weeks if you order a phone currently. Now 3 weeks from today puts me about 5 days shy of my current ship date. I'm wondering if seeing that on their official website, is an indicator that I have more reason to believe that my phone may come sooner than expected. I just thought I would share this info with those, including myself, still waiting on getting their phone with a December ship date.

I, too, see this. Meaning I could technically cancel my Verizon order and have my phone sooner also. Which... is silly.

This is technically true which is very sad. Verizon is doing a terrible job at filling preoders I think. People are forced to wait in the dark when it says processing because they claim they don't know any more than we do about when the phone will ship.

My order, placed October 31st around 2PM, for iPhone X 256GB in Silver has a ship date of December 1st. However, interesting issue here... The Verizon "Check Your Order Status" page online says Processing... But the MyVerizon app claims it is pending. Impatiently waiting here, considering I had to pay UP FRONT to place my pre order. (An Upgrade fee of $30 and $19.04 to reach the 50% payoff trade in mark)

So yeah, it sucks. Any idea about this discrepancy Verizon between the app and the website?

I ordered the same day as you but the SG version and for some reason it has a 12/13 ship date. You're better off than simply because of a color change. I still think that a color pushes a device back 12 days but it's whatever lol. Mines has been saying processing for over a week now Verizon says it will change once the phone gets shipped but I'm seeing others date change before it even gets shipped but no luck here yet. Guess that's my luck for having the lastest shipping date possible. At least you didn't have to pay almost 400 dollars to upgrade. I hope you get yours soon as with mines too.

I order space gray 64 gb around 8:30 pm est on 10/27, with an edd of 12/1. Around 1:30 this morning my card was charged and the edd is no longer there, so hopefully mine will ship out tomorrow. Also, the status was switched from pending to processing, so thats good I hope. Anyways super excited. Hopefully yours will get bumped aswell!

We're all excited about the iPhone X, so we can only imagine that waiting for your order to be processed is stressful. Your order will continue to say that it's processing until the phone ships or if the order is canceled. Shipping dates for the devices can change as inventory is received from Apple. You'll know that your order has moved into the next stage and is beginning the shipping process once your credit card has been filed. Once that's done, you'll receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided on your order with the tracking information so that you can follow your package on its way to you.

I ordered mines late so I'm pretty much expecting a later ship date at this point. I didn't order until the 31st but I'm still getting the same ship dates as everyone else it seems. Maybe I'll get lucky.
