Hi,

I got an e-mail saying Verizon was going to take $10 off there monthly plans, and to go to My Verizon. I can't seem to find where to get that discount.

Can someone help me ?

This promotion was not sent to all customers.  Is there a promo code?

I Believe it is a data discount.  I'm not sure how to trigger the discount.  I suggest calling customer support while you are online, they can talk you through it.

The e-mail may be in reference to the recent data plan price changes.  You'd need to log into your My Verizon account and change your data plan, depending on your preferences.  Additional info. can be found in these threads:
