Recently purchased a new Apple Watch not 2 days ago and woke up this morning to see the 100 off Apple Watch promo. Reached out to customer service and they said since I purchased the device before the promo they could not honor it. Absolutely terrible customer service and it shows they have no customer loyalty. Will be searching for a new carrier soon!
