First I had to address the redundancy. It's a XS. The X is the Roman numeral 10, so 10X is 10 10, or 20. We'll just chalk it up to a typo. 😉
Can you explain, "can't answer calls" please? Are you unable to hear ringtone? Unable to swipe to answer? If yes, is the screen saying locked? Screen unresponsive?
