Placed order for 2 17 pro max and one pro on 9/26 october 16 they say my pymt method failed…lies because bank says it was never attempted and funds were available so order was grayed out and had to be cancelled soooo I had to re do the order and after waiting 3 weeks I have to wait another 3 weeks until 11/7! I’m Soo above angry rt now that we have to wait another 3 weeks for their ERROR! Only good thing is the pro we ordered shipped the day I had to reorder everything but I’m not a happy customer after being with Verizon for over 6 years if the phones don’t come sooner we will be cancelling service and moving to a different provider all together…..fix this Verizon…not losing loyal customers should be a priority
