17 pro max order complications

Placed an order for 2 17 pro max and one pro on September 26th…today I’m told order was cancelled as it was supposed to ship but my pymt method declined…after 4 hours on the phone w Verizon it was declined because their fraud department held the order and ended up kicking out my pymt method so it blocked the order and cancelled…sooooo had to start over and re order now to have to wait 3 more weeks for  my phones!    I’m soo over Verizon! Ready to switch carriers over this seriously

We had a similar issue, the credit card company gave me notice of the pending charge. I did not believe what I was told by Verizon. We have placed the same order (3) times and still waiting. We at 1 week from most recent order and can someone explain “ will ship soon”.  Soon in this context it means anything they like they can get away with.  Really disappointed with Verizon and there lack of concern.  One week and no order update.

That’s sad! I thought they cared but I’ve seen that this happened to several people amd lots of people still waiting for their phones and when you call they say nothing they can do and the last response the verizon rep was snotty and condescending
