2 year agreement costs

I'm planning on getting the 2-year agreement, and I wanted to clear stuff up about costs. So it'll be 40 dollars a month plus activation fees, correct? Also, after the two years, I'll owe no money and I can walk away?

$40 per month line access fee + monthly account access fee (i.e., 1 GB for $40) + $35 activation fee + monthly taxes + monthly insurance (if applicable).  More info. can be found here:

You're charged a month in advance, so your first bill will be higher.  And yes, once you complete your two-year agreement, you are switched to month-to-month and can leave at any time.
