2024 Dropped Calls

Our calls started dropping 6 months ago. After we bought a new IPhone 14 and a iPhone 13. We have 2 - 4G extenders that are working. Call drop periodically and also when making calls (or receiving calls) the person can’t hear us talking for the initial 4-10 seconds. I’ve called and spoken to Tech Support 3x but it still happens. When we do a factory reset we get LTE service (which I’m told is the best) and then after an hour or so it goes back to a WIFI signal. This happens whether we have 4 solid bars or 1 bar. What can we do to fix this?

Hey there, Dmeikleham1010, we certainly want to make sure you're able to use your calls without any drops! Are you only dropping calls at home? You mentioned you have extenders. Are these Network Extenders purchased/sent from Verizon? If so, when calling #48 do you hear that you are connected to the extender?
