As a customer for Verizon wireless service for 13 years, I have received "25% account discount" from my monthly bills.
On November 2023, Verizon suddenly removed this discount (~$17.50) from my bill which has increased my bills up to date. When I chatted with the customer representative today, he mentioned Verizon does not support my plan/service so that Verizon deleted this discount.
The change of discount was not informed to me via email,alert, or any texts from Verizon. Even, I cannot understand why this discount was suddenly stopped.

I also had my 25% Access Discount ($22.50) end in October 2023 without any communication. Is this not available any longer?Now another increase from $17.00 to $19.00 for each Verizon Protection plan.
