My iphone 11 cannot connect to my Your 4G LTE Network Extender 2.  No other device in our home can connect either.

We're sorry to hear that none of your devices at home, including your iPhone 11, can connect your network extender, jrosner20. We're here to help get this fixed. Can you tell me more about when this issue first started? What happens when you dial #48 within 10ft of the network extender?
