iPhone 4S will not pick up any wifi connections -- the wifi is NOT greyed out. I have tried resetting, restoring original settings, airplane mode, cellular data roaming, etc... nothing is working. Suggestions? (PS... I know this question has been asked before but I've followed suggestions and nothing is working).

Go to the Apple site and type in your issue there may be many solutions to assist you.
Or walk into the Apple Retail Store and have them look at it.

Yeah apple store if possible. Hopefully you have warranty because it sounds like hardware troubles. You may need new equipment. Depending on your data plan and your usage patterns you may want to turn off cellular data until a fix comes. Turn data back on when you need it.
