Hi Verizon, I recently activated an iPhone 13 Pro but I’m not getting 5G Ultra Wideband in places I know it’s available. I saw in other places that this is actually a widespread provisioning issue for new iPhone 13 Pros, and some people were able to get it resolved by reaching out to you. Please advise how we can proceed. Most threads are saying a new sim but mine was activated by esim and also that my removing the 5g uw and adding the feature back it fixes it?
Same behavior here in CA. I see my daughters phone jump back and forth from 5G to 5GUW, and when it locks on 5GUW the phone loses all connectivity. The local store just shrugged their shoulders and said to turn the phone to LTE and wait.
