Used to love (v) had no problems with my old account and old phone until the dreaded update and had to get an upgrade! This phone and”unlimited “ plain is a joke! Had to take u off auto pay due to you (stealing all most $400 in December and about $300 end of January. Not to mention I’m going through chemo, my dog died in December and because of your little stunt in December I’m now living in my car! Thanks! I also gave u my old phone that I was NEVER paid for and it was hacked because things were not closed down all the way! (It wasn’t even supposed to be sent out! ) my bill looks like someone else is using it calls that I’m not making but I’m paying for and no one has any idea what is going on?? I’ve tried talking to 3-4 different reps and they have all tried fixing and giving me credit but each time I just get charged more! Shame on you Verizon!!
