I run a small service company.. I receive voicemails all day..
80-90% of the Voicemails I receive are randomly cut off.. and my clients have to call back and leave like 3 messages and finally just give up,, I miss important info like their names and phone numbers.. going to switch Provider if Verizon doesnt get it fixed
I tried calling into support.. totally joke.. totally waste.. 30 mins of talking to robots and answering stupid robot questions that havent the slightest thing to do with my issue... then get a human.. and they call and leave a 3 minute test message and it works perfect..
I cant be the other guy on the planet with a $1800 dollar phone that doesnt work correctly..
tried restart
tried complete data reset of everything and started from scratch,,
how do i go back to the good ole days of having a working voicemail system?

Hello, Spoongooner, we know it's important for your voicemail to be in working order for you. How long are callers able to speak on your voicemail before it is cut off? Is this happening when you are at a specific location? Are you running into any other issues with data?

Maybe your voicemail is full or pretty much nearly full all the time, and the voicemail app is out of available memory for storing the messages? I'm an Android user so am not that conversant with the Apple interface, but if you can permanently empty the trash folder (if there is one with your voicemail app) and otherwise move older, yet important, messages to another storage location, might help with the problem. The only other thing I can think of is if the app has too short a time for callers to record a message before it automatically cuts them off. Back when I had an ancient answering machine hooked up to a landline phone, the machine would only allow callers to record up to 4 minutes before they would be cut off.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
