I upgraded to a new phone in 5/21/ 2023 and received the trade in kit via ups shortly after. I shipped the ups package on 5/26/2023. The tracking number that was supplied in the kit shows the phone was delivered, and received at the return center on 6/5/2023. Today I received a message stating I have 10 days to return my trade in or lose $800. Verizon support was zero help, just stating what I already can see through the app that the trade in was initiated, but nothing further. It's weird how if I plug in the tracking number through UPS it tells a different story.
