I have been with Verizon since I bought my first cell phone over 20 years ago. I have ALWAYS had excellent customer service which is why I stay. Though I was on hold to get to Erick 90 minutes and I was quite irritated to say the least, it was worth the wait! He was THE BEST!!!! 3 of our 6 phones were experiencing some issues. Not all necessarily the same issue, but all at the same time. Erick took his time to listen and understand exactly what was going on with each of our phones. His communication was stellar as he walked us through some troubleshooting with each particular phone. He explained each step thoroughly and resolved all of the issues. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, most of all patient. Not only did he resolve our issues, he was a great teacher who taught us some valuable tips we can use if we ever have future problems with our phones. As if we weren't already thrilled with Erick's service, he also helped us adjust our plan so our family could save money.
I honestly cannot say enough about the experience we had with Erick. My husband agreed , he was absolutely incredible. Erick is a prime example of what customer service should be. There isn't a rating high enough in my opinion. Thank you Erick!
