Guys,

Verizon does not good customer service any more. I think they have too much customers and they are not able to fulfill everybody requests through customer service on chat and phone. there are too much delays on receiving the update. And one agent says something, later on other agent says different things. Also, their plan prices are too high. Network is also not that great as they advertise.

I am not happy with overall service, I will move to other provider as soon as I am able to.
