Hello. It is impossible to access MyVerizon or my Verizon account (via browser) from overseas. I understand that Verizon claims this is due to security issues. This is simply ridiculous and it creates huge headaches to us (customers) especially when we need the most to access our MyVerizon account (when our internet allowance is exhausted, and we need to buy boost). I use to be a TMobile customer before and I could access my account, and purchase boosts from overseas without problems. We NEED A DEFINITIVE SOLUTION from Verizon to be able to access My Verizon from overseas, no more excuses !

Have you tried using a VPN to see if that gets around the login issues?

Hello. Thank you for the tip. I downloaded the SurfSharkVPN and indeed it worked ! However I still think Verizon should give a root-cause soliton for this problem. If they really want to have American customers that travels or do business around the world, there is no point to restrict their app for US only. It simply makes no sense. In addition, now that I have access to the app via VPN, I see that buying internet add-ons is very hard by the app :(. Once again, thank you for the VPN tip, it was a good one.

Glad that worked for being able to access your account at least. Sorry that online purchases are still a problem, but with all the data breaches happening these days... I just read something on my phone a couple days ago about your former carrier having to pay up to $25,000 to customers affected in a massive data breach with the hackers saying it wasn't even that hard for them to break in. ๐ฑ
Verizon does have an International Support Team and a list of toll-free numbers for several countries to call, should you need help with your Verizon services while abroad:
https://www.verizon.com/support/pdf/BPOD-I2400-Toll-Free-Numbers-V5.pdf
If there's not a toll-free number for a country, then you have to make an international call using the number given at the end of the list.
P.S. - I want to say once your high-speed data is exhausted on an international service plan, then you're throttled at 3G speeds (which is pretty hard to get any modern apps running on that) and you cannot buy extra data. A more cost effective option if you travel abroad regularly is to use an unlocked phone and buy service from a local carrier.
