Account linked to wrong Apple ID

My Verizon plan comes with Apple Music, Hulu and other cool add-ons. When I initially signed up for the plan with my Apple ID everything worked perfect.

Since deleting my old Apple ID and creating a new one, I tried logging in to my add-ons and it states that my subscription is tied to another account, “the other account” of course being my previous Apple ID. Verizon phone support doesn’t seem to know how to fix it and calls to Apple say it’s a Verizon issue. Help!
