My phone won’t let me be the manager for my account even tho I’m the only one on the plan. It says to request access and When I do it just says I requested access from myself and then it says error

Verizon rep on chat decided to delete my online account when I told him 4 times not to and now k can’t get into the app or my account period because the only validation options are data only lines. I’m paying my three devices I just upgraded to off next month and going else where. I can’t stand the issues I’ve had the last year
