Tried setting up a new phone and it restored all my apps etc. but I have no service so I can’t make calls. I think I did something wrong. How can I get it activated ? Still have old phone too if that matters
If the old phone still has service, just shut them both down and transfer the SIM from the old phone into the iPhone 11. Once you reboot, it should have service.
If the old phone doesn't have service, then you'll need to call in to have them activate the SIM in the new phone if it didn't work automatically for you.
