My family has had Verizon for Years. We have never had issues. Suddenly about a month ago, our signal is now down to 1 bar and almost everyone of our calls will drop within 5 minutes
This is Everyone's phone that has Verizon and comes to my house

i am going to have to cancel Verizon and go with a different provider if Verizon can't help us?!

Many others and myself included have same problem have not been able to get much help just no answer reply I'll spare you the details but would think with many reports if this they would be looking more into the problem
Add me to the list of frustrated new customers who are having signal strength issues, dropped calls, no service on my brand new iPhone 12 mini-and this is my 2nd phone because the first iPhone 12 mini was having the same issues.
7 weeks later, 2 iPhones later and the problem still exists and Verizon has shown no sense of urgency to correct the issue. I am just about ready to cancel my service because the iPhone 12 mini does not work.
Can you believe after about 12 phone calls, Verizon suggested I disable the 5G feature and instead operate on LTE? PATHETIC!😡
