Amazon refubrished blacklisted

Hi, I bought a refubrish premium phone from Amazon, it worked for a month with my carrier and then it lost signal. When I called my company they told me the phone was locked by verizon Wireless. Could you please help me?

Amazon only option is to return it but I'm not in the states and I can't return it.

Amazon is usually pretty good about refunding you when there's some kind of problem with an order.  Unfortunately, only the original owner of a phone can request a blacklist removal, so you're not going to be able to get it fixed.
