Anonymous or unknown caller.. no number shows

It's rather hard to block a number that doesn't show.  I just got 15 anonymous or unknown calls in a row.  I would block them but there is no number on any of them, so the block part of the app is useless.

Please advise,  may have a stalker which is illegal in this state.

I've never been in a situation like that myself, but I do know that stalkers are scary business. I want to help anyway that I can with preventing restricted/unknown callers whether they be spam or otherwise.
