On Sept 19 I preordered an Iphone 13 pro max 1 TB Graphite. I chatted with two reps earlier in the week to confirm my address. Both customer service reps assured me that my iphone was going to be shipped on Oct 1, as I have the transcripts through email. The one even said that it is backordered now, so basically keep your order because yours will ship on Oct 1. Now I am getting an email saying they ran out basically when they tried to fill my order and it is getting shipped on Oct. 8. Why was I told this then and I am not happy as I contacted customer service twice this week and both said it was shipping to me on Oct. 1. So frustrated and not happy. Just tell me the truth then when chatting and do not tell me that it will ship on Oct 1. because it was a lie.
