Apple Music account no longer working after last OS update

After the latest OS update on my Mac, my free Verizon subscription has gone away. I've searched all of the FAQ's and don't see any relative posts.

In MyVerizon, it shows my line is enrolled in the free Apple Music subscription.

In Apple Music, it says I don't have any subscriptions. Under Verizon Plan Benefits within Apple Music, it says, "Your cellular plan doesn't include any new subscriptions to Apple services."

Any ideas on how to get this working again? It's been working flawlessly until this update. Thank you.

We want to make sure that you take full advantage of the benefits in your plan. Do  you currently subscribe to a qualifying Unlimited Plan. Did  you make any changes to your plan?
