Apple Music with Unlimited Plan

My husband and I are on same Verizon acount.  I have unlimited WITH Apple Music and he does not.  HOWEVER, his phone has Apple Music and I don't.  Even my account settings (Verizon website) show that I have it!   I don't.  Countless hours and no resolution.  How do I switch it?  When everything shows its correct -- EXCEPT THAT APPLE MUSIC IS ON THE WRONG PHONE!!!
