Apple One Setup Not Working

I have tried setting up Apple One Family multiple times using the link send via the My Verizon App, and all I get is a screen stating "Cannot Connect". Yes, I am aware to use Safari, and it still does not work. Verizon tech support referred me to Apple Support, but they were no help since it is a subscription service offered through Verizon and not Apple. I believe the link that is sent to the phone to setup the account is broken and not directing your to the correct page for setup. I was able to successfully add back and setup Apple Music Family with zero issues. Any one else experiencing this with the setup link?

I’m having the issue of not being able to get the link to Activate my Apple One Perk. I only have 5G Home Plus Internet Service Plan with Verizon and my Mobile Service Provider is through another company. I need the activation link sent to my Verizon ID email address because I cannot get it through the mobile number associated with my Verizon Account. Seeing how it’s the mobile number to my router, because once again I only have 5G Home Plus Internet Service Plan with Verizon. Nowhere did it say that I had to have a mobile line of service with Verizon, meaning a mobile phone number with Verizon that can send and receive text messages. In order for me to be able to take advantage of this perk. I actually had stayed up all night till the very next morning three nights or days ago, purchasing this perk, and canceling this perk repeatedly. Because I’m not getting the activation link and on the services and perks page where I can manage this Apple One Perk. When I go into that setting The page and service is stuck saying it’s processing my request to click the refresh button so I can get an enrollment update. Also it stuck in the pending stages. It stuck like this forever. I did get a support agent from another feed sending me a private message explaining that I cannot receive the activation link to the Verizon mobile number I have because it’s the router’s number. That I should be getting the activation link to my email address or Verizon Id address. They never got back to me to help me get this activation link sent to my email address. I also have an Open Support Request to get a call back on the 25th of this month for an AYS(whatever this is) to get my Apple One Perk to be activated. No one knows how to do anything to help me get this activated. I am not going to purchase a mobile phone line of service with Verizon in order to have full access to any of their featured services. Looks like a lot of 5G Home Internet Customers who also do not have their Mobile Phone Services through Verizon also have issues of not being able to get full access to Verizon’s featured services. This is ridiculous.

I have been having a similar issue since October 2024. I had Apple One Family through Apple, then was unable to activate the Verizon perk.
Since October every time I have tried to activate it I receive a message saying “This phone number could not be verified for an active subscription. Please contact Verizon for help.” I’ve followed every Verizon instruction , contacted Apple Support after Verizon couldn’t figure it out, cancelled my plan through Apple, followed Verizon’s links and got the same message, and now I’m in pending status for the perk for 5 days after they deactivated it and reactivated it. This has been insanely frustrating. I’m to the point now that I’m about to give up and just pay the extra $5 to Apple.
