I ordered a Series 5 44M Space Black Stainless Apple Watch but received Silver Stainless. I spent a large amount of time trying to figure out what happend...
I finally found that the website shows "Space Black Stainless" as the item title but then has a color selector showing a silver color option even though the header says stainless black and does not change when silver is selected it only adds a single word at the end. Customer support was very unempathetic towards the issue and blamed both myself and Apple saying it might be a SKU issues. Very little regard was shown to the issue so I'm hoping someone here may see it and can report it to the proper group.
