this is an Apple issue, not Verizon.  Recommend contacting Apple or going to Apple store.

Jackie_KH, I rely on my Apple Watch to keep track of the time I exercise, so I can understand how inconvenient it is for you to have an Apple Watch that is not recording the time you spend exercising.
