Apple music subscription not possible

I've been having trouble canceling my Apple Music subscription.

On June 4, I canceled my Apple Music subscription and received a confirmation email from Verizon. However, despite canceling it, I was still charged $10.99 for Apple Music on my account. I tried to cancel it through the Verizon app but couldn't find "Apple Music" in my perks and services tab.

I called Verizon, and after 30 minutes of talking to an agent, I was told that the cancellation status was "pending." I called again, and another agent said they canceled it, but I'm still being charged for the service.

I don't want to keep calling and wasting my time, as it seems the agents can't solve this problem. Does anyone have any advice?

If this perk isn't showing up in the section where you manage your perks in My Verizon, have you tried these methods in the screenshot below?  (Use your favorite search engine and look up "cancel Apple Music" for usable links to Apple Support.)

fortuna050205, we want to make sure that you're able to manage your subscriptions with ease. To clarify, does the subscription fail to show up on your account when using the site and My Verizon app as well? https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-232609/

Thanks Izzy.  This is odd if we can't access this subscription through the My Verizon app and it's not under the section where one usually manages their perks?  Note to self: If I ever get rich enough to afford postpaid service, get all 3rd party subscriptions directly from them instead...
