I ordered Apple one through Verizon in early November. I am unable to access it through my iPhone. When I go through the Verizon app it says I ordered a perk and it may take 15 minutes…. This has been going on for about three weeks. I’ve wasted over 5 hours talking to 6 Verizon reps from Verizon and all have been totally useless. I’ve also confirmed with Apple two times that the issue is with Verizon. I’m a Verizon customer for about 22 years and I pay approx $250 a month for Verizon cell service and another 200-250 for fios. Seriously considering switching to T-Mobile when these devices are paid off or if another cell company offers a promo to buyout. Of course the fios will be ended as well. Also the charge shows up on my future bill. Why is this so difficult. Disgusting how Verizon treats customers. Since Verizon has been totally incompetent regarding this issue - any of you guys out there have a solution to this issue?

Nice. You guys charged me for the Apple one service for a full month and a partial charge on another. What a joke. I’m going to make another post.
