I spend 4 hours a month at least trying to get promise of cell service quality, cost reduction and promises made by customer service main line. I hang up and nothing is done. This has happened every month since July , 2023.

who experiences frustrating broken promises continually by Verizon.

im elderly and cannot continue with VZ for 200 a month one line.

Does this end. My time is worth as much as their time. They need to stop this, I’m contacting agencies to help
