I bought a mobile phone in Hong Kong, but I couldn't use it. It prompted me that I was locked in Verizon.

We had sent a Private Message to confirm details related to the locked device you mentioned. Based on what you shared, if you bought from a third party and the device is showing as locked with VZ, you’ll need to reach out to the original seller you purchased from. You can view our device unlocking policy for post pay and prepaid devices here: https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy
If you still need support, please reach out to us.

Hello, sorry to hear your phone doesn't work because it's locked to a US carrier. This is unfortunately a very common problem with phones purchased through small 3rd party vendors. You'll need to get a refund from the seller.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
