iphone 4- wouldn't connect to e-mail for two days went to verizon store to show them sale guy told me I had water damage. Took phone to Apple there was no water damage sale guy lied.
Bought iphone 4s
Got to open apps it shuts down whole phone.
Connected to wiFi but won't pull emails or send.
Random shuts off- No one will give me an answer to why.
Freezes up. Music will shut off on its own.
Drops calls like crazy when I have full bars.
**** Verizon customer service took off insurance on my account, when I needed to use my insurance I found out that I didn't have any. Customer service was suppose to call back in 3 days with an answer why this happened, 3 weeks lately I CALLED THEM BACK to see what is going on. Told me that there is nothing they can do because the insurance was dropped.
Kiki14, I am sorry to hear about your experience with the insurance and the problems with the phone itself. Have you tried to reset the network settings to address some of the email issues that you are having http://bit.ly/PHEjlu ? Also, are you having any issues connecting to the net with Safari? Have you tried to delete and readd your email addresses?^SP
