Asurion and Verizon are a nightmare

My Iphone13’s back glass broke.  I’ve never had a broken IPhone and have used IPhone since it’s inception.   Verizon uses Asurion and they sent the new device. They can’t activate it.  Verizon doesn’t show the device in my account so I can’t activate it myself.  This is a joke.  An hour on the phone with Asurion who couldn’t do a dang thing.  No phone.  So glad I switched…UGH
