I am new to Verizon and already turned off with them not delivering their promises.  I set up auto pay on phone, but some how it did not go through and have a restriction on account, and no one knows why.  Spent hours on phone with them with no solution.  I was promised a return call but it never happened.  Bank said it did not come through.  They promised free activation, but never happened.  The service is very slow.  So I am considering disconnecting and going back to previous provider.  No senior disconnect was given either.
